It's been a month and he's still a no-see-um as far as the Kiwi diplos go, but communications rec'd through NZ's Tehran embassy are assuring them he's in good health. As far as Pakistan goes? Well, they're still working on it. (No doubt just like they're working on kidnapped UN worker John Solecki's release.)

A spokesman for Foreign Minister Murray McCully said today that New Zealand's embassy in Tehran, also accredited to Pakistan, had established that Mr Taylor was in good health but had not yet been allowed to meet him.
Embassy representatives had spoken to Pakistan's foreign ministry and been told that the investigation into Mr Taylor's activities was continuing.
The spokesman said Mr Taylor had no particular complaints about the conditions in which he was being kept.
Pakistani intelligence sources have said they suspect the New Zealander might have links with Islamist militants.
